Who we are

Propagandr is a digital marketing agency. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Propagandr, the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at hello@propagandr.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and run the work you hire us for.

• Contact details you send us: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name.
• Project details you choose to share in a brief, enquiry form or uploaded file.
• Creator applications: platform handles, audience information and rates you submit at /creators.
• Account data if you use the client portal: your sign-in email and the briefs, campaigns and invoices linked to your account.
• Basic technical data such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to keep the site working and understand what people read.

Why we use it

We use your data to reply to enquiries, deliver campaigns, send invoices, keep records required by law, and improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

Where the NDPR or GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you submit a form, on contract performance when we deliver work you have commissioned, on legitimate interest for basic site analytics and security, and on legal obligation for accounting records.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of processors to run the business: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, and payment or accounting tools. They only process data on our instructions. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it stopped. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@propagandr.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure, plus simple analytics that tell us which pages get read. You can block cookies in your browser, though signed-in areas such as the client portal will stop working.

Security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access controls, encrypted connections and row-level permissions so accounts can only see their own records. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong we will tell affected people and the relevant authority promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged by email to active clients.
